Brian has been drawing since childhood. He studied painting in high school and even continued with instruction during his summers. In college, he was selected to participate in a "painting league", where a select few artists worked personally with their mentor/professor.

For twenty years, Brian explored the majestic world of digital graphics, creating numerous works. One of his earlier digital paintings remains in the prestigious SIGGRAPH Conference Art Collection.

 

In recent years, Brian returned to the time-honored tradition of painting on large canvas. The artist has always desired to create a series of paintings which gave tribute to people who have touched the world. After the passing of Prince and David Bowie, Brian felt it was time to create the collection presented here.

Brian has recently combined photography and digital graphics to create two imaginative children's books, titled Clouds at Play and Let's Find Funny Faces! Though written for kids, everyone enjoys guessing at what they can see in the clouds!
